A Carnegie-Mellon University Electrical Engineer with a Marketing MBA, Becky Vincent is the founder and majority owner of RJ Vincent Enterprises LLC, a California company doing business as Vincent Enterprises and Vincent Capital Management.  She is a seasoned executive, an entrepreneur, and a driven and focused leader.  As Managing Partner of Vincent Enterprises, Becky provides engineering and business solutions to consumer electronics, aerospace, defense, and other business, technical, and government customers.  She has supported an array of customers that include Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Sony Electronics, Silicon Image, and other large and small business clients.  Becky is currently on the Board of Directors for Del Mar Country Club’s Womens Golf Association. She is also on the UCSD Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) Alumni Association board and is a past board President.  Becky has also served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapters of Women In Defense (WID), National Defense Industrial Administration (NDIA), the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the USD Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering Advisory Board.

Ted Vincent

Ted is the principal for Vincent Capital Management.  He also manages the finances and supports business development and corporate strategy/communications for Vincent Enterprises.  Ted is a proven leader who develops teams and solves problems to maximize corporate goals while focusing on results. His areas of expertise are Leadership, Communication, Management, Sales, and Finance; he was licensed through Morgan Stanley with Series 7 and Series 66 credentials.  Ted helped start and fund a Workers Comp cost containment company backed by $5M of Venture money. Previously, he led a $15M, ninety one person private company to their best performance in a 15 plus year history.   Ted has fifteen years of proven accomplishments in the area of larger, upscale, multi-residential property management (4000+ units).  Ted holds a BS in Finance as well as a Certificate in International Management and Business from the University of Delaware.

Peggy Kotch

Peggy Kotch
Security and Administration

Peggy Kotch leads security and administration for Vincent Enterprises and manages Northeast Operations.  She is currently on the Board of Directors for Mon Valley Community Federal Credit Union (assets $150+Million).  Formerly, she served as Chairperson of the Credit Committee and Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee at the credit union.  She has completed necessary Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certifications on behalf of Vincent Enterprises including program management, document protection, and industrial security management as well as the Insider Threat Program training required by the Department of Defense.  Peggy has 30 years of experience in accounting for industry and higher education.  Prior to Vincent Enterprises, she worked in the controller’s office and budget office at California University of Pennsylvania.  She was previously in payroll and accounting at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.

Laurie ManderinoLaurie Manderino, PMP
Program/Business Development

Laurie Manderino is a seasoned Business Developer, Program, and Project Manager leading East Coast Operations for Vincent Enterprises. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U of PA) with a BS in Science/Technology and a Minor in Management.  Laurie holds a Certificate in Project Management from University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Laurie was formerly the Planning Coordinator at UNCC and the program manager for the online UNCC Capital Renewal and Deferred Maintenance (CRDM) map as well as the CRDM Third Generation project.  CRDM is a web-based method to track university facilities projects illustrated in a color coded campus map and highlighted in APPA’s Facilities Manager May/June 2017 issue (page 32).  Laurie was nominated for a University 2017 Innovator of the Year award by Facilities Management for this work.  Previously, Laurie was the Assistant Director of the Institute for Law and Public Policy (ILPP) at Cal U of PA where she managed seminars and various legal publications for Attorneys and Police throughout Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky and Florida.

LTC Christopher Gilbert
Architecture and Facilities,
Government Business

Chris Gilbert joined Vincent Enterprises as a Facilities Management consultant in support of our real estate projects and government business.  Chris is a Licensed North Carolina Architect holding a BA and BS in architecture with public and private sector experience leading teams, driving programs, and establishing direction and guidelines in both commercial and military venues. He is also a decorated Army Lieutenant Colonel with wartime experience serving in the Army National Guard and Reserves.  Chris has served in roles of increasing responsibility including deployments as a Battalion Adjutant, Company Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, and Battalion Commander of an 850 Soldier Engineer Battalion. He is a veteran of Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom.  He now serves as the Deputy Commanding Officer of 2nd Brigade, 98th Training Division.  Prior to Vincent Enterprises, Chris was Director of Facilities Planning at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. At UNC Charlotte, Chris’ work included planning and managing the Five year Capital Construction Plan and Capital Renewal Deferred Maintenance (CRDM) process for repairs and renovations.  Previously, Chris was an architect with Freeman-White Architects, MBAJ Architects, and ESD Architects.
