Becky Vincent
Engineering and Business Solutions
Becky Vincent is the CEO, founder, and majority owner of RJ Vincent Enterprises LLC, a California company doing business as Vincent Enterprises and Vincent Capital Management. She is a seasoned executive, an entrepreneur, and a driven and focused leader. Becky has broad technology expertise that spans multiple functions in several highly complex industries. Becky and her Vincent Enterprises’ team provide engineering and business solutions to large and small technology, business, and government customers. She is a licensed single-engine airplane private pilot active in two flying clubs. Previously, she led design and production departments for rockets, airplanes, and consumer electronics. Early in her career, Becky was promoted to be the first female engineering manager at a General Dynamics division and was recognized with an outstanding contributions award as well as Research and Engineering’s nomination for a Tribute to Women in Industry Award. Becky Vincent is a Carnegie Mellon University Electrical Engineer with a marketing MBA. She is a past President of the UCSD Executive Program for Scientists and Engineers (EPSE) Alumni Board and was formerly on the USD Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering Advisory Board. Becky is a member of the Corporate Directors forum and served in various capacities on numerous industry nonprofit boards. She is an avid golfer and enjoys snow skiing, surfing, and scuba diving.
Ted Vincent
Vincent Capital Management
Ted is the principal for Vincent Capital Management. He also manages the finances and supports business development and corporate strategy/communications for Vincent Enterprises. Ted is a proven leader who develops teams and solves problems to maximize corporate goals while focusing on results. His areas of expertise are Leadership, Communication, Management, Sales, and Finance; he was licensed through Morgan Stanley with Series 7 and Series 66 credentials. Ted helped start and fund a Workers Comp cost containment company backed by $5M of Venture money. Previously, he led a $15M, ninety one person private company to their best performance in a 15 plus year history. Ted has fifteen years of proven accomplishments in the area of larger, upscale, multi-residential property management (4000+ units). He is a past president of Del Mar Country Club Homeowners Association and currently serves on the board of directors. Ted holds a BS in Finance as well as a Certificate in International Management and Business from the University of Delaware.
Peggy Kotch
Security and Administration
Peggy Kotch leads security and administration for Vincent Enterprises and manages East Coast Operations. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Mon Valley Community Federal Credit Union (assets $180+Million). Formerly, she served as Chairperson of the Credit Committee and Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee at the credit union. She has completed necessary Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certifications on behalf of Vincent Enterprises including program management, document protection, and industrial security management as well as the Insider Threat Program training required by the Department of Defense. Peggy has 30 years of experience in accounting for industry and higher education. Prior to Vincent Enterprises, she worked in the controller’s office and budget office at California University of Pennsylvania. Previously, Peggy was in payroll and accounting at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.
Laurie Manderino, PMP
Program/Business Development
Laurie Manderino is a seasoned Business Developer, Program and Project Manager. She supports business and program development for Vincent Enterprises. She is a design and construction specialist for Giant Eagle. Laurie is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U of PA) with a BS in Science/Technology and a Minor in Management. Laurie holds a Certificate in Project Management from University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Laurie is an experienced Facilities Contract Coordinator and was formerly the Planning Coordinator at UNCC. She facilitated the UNCC Capital Renewal and Deferred Maintenance (CRDM) map and CRDM Third Generation project. CRDM is a web-based method to track university facilities projects illustrated in a color coded campus map; it’s highlighted in APPA’s Facilities Manager May/June 2017 issue (page 32). Laurie was nominated for a University 2017 Innovator of the Year award by Facilities Management for this work. Previously, Laurie was Assistant Director of the Institute for Law and Public Policy (ILPP) at Cal U of PA where she managed seminars and various legal publications for Attorneys and Police throughout Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky and Florida.
